Flooring Installation Guidelines:

Xtreme Floors follows all manufacturer specifications, guidelines, and requirements when we install floors. Our standards are the National Flooring Association guide lines.

Flooring Installation Preparation:

1. We acclamate the product per make's specs.

2. We check moisture content in the subfloor.

3. We level the subfloor to the minimum requirements. This does not include any structure damaged subfloor repairs.

4. We lay the floor in its proper setting.

5. We layout the floor as to the design specs asked by customer, or manufacturer requirements.

6. We keep expansion space between flooring and walls or cabinets, to insure proper expansion, that is required.

7. We clean up the floors, vacuum if necessery and take all debris with us.

Flooring Installation Process:

1. We bring the product into the living space (not garage) to acclimate. Acclimation time fram varies from material to material, and from place to place.

2. We check the moisture content in the subfloor. And if the moisture is too high, we will recommend the options to bring the moisture level down.

3. We check the subfloor for uneven areas and we level the subfloor with required tools.

4. We lay the flooring in a random pattern, or as desired per customer. We will advise to follow the industry standards.

5. We clean up after the work day each day by sweaping the areas we worked on. Vaccuming isprovided if customer requests.

Flooring Installation Warranty:

Our installation is backed up by 18 months warranty. Lifetime warranty is available on selected products.
